The 2017 Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) did not go too well for Doug “WCG|Rider” Polk, but over at PartyPoker he managed to take down a $5,200 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em High Roller event.
Polk, who recently moved his popular poker streams from Twitch.tv to Youtube, managed to outlast a total of 273 players on his way to victory. Polk also streamed the tournament live on Youtube with a small delay and over 10,000 viewers witnessed as he received a whopping $271,272 for his win.
However, this was not the first, but 4th time Polk managed to make a six-figure tournament score while streaming. In 2016, he chopped the $10K WCOOP High Roller for $455,000, which is still the biggest ever streamed tourney win.
We took it down for $272,000! Thanks to everyone for tuning in, couldn't be happier to win another tournament streaming!
